Cultivating Intuition Through Self-Care Practices

This workshop offers 1.5 CE units.*
See “Continuing Education” below for purchase information and details.

Workshop Overview

The word intuition is derived from the Latin root “in”: meaning “at” or “on” and “tuition” is from the French meaning “care, custody or protection”. To be intuitive is to be “insightful”. It is the culmination of being the guardian and protector of our thoughts and beliefs.

In this workshop, we will be working through limiting blocks as the custodian and guardian of learning healthy ways to activate and enhance our intuition through self-care practices.

Using guided meditations, journaling, and somatic awareness exercises, we will work to assist our mind and body as a source of strength to help us process and identify where we might be holding blocks around integrating intuitive and self-care practices in our personal and professional lives.

Through experiential exercises, we will:

  • Engage in active wisdom/communication through the "care, custody, and protection" of our bodies

  • Be guided in care and rejuvenation through journaling prompts and guided meditation

  • Sharing/discussion/closing ritual

This workshop will be recorded and available for 30 days following the event.

YOU WILL BE ABLE TO

  1. Create self-care practices unique to you and your lifestyle

  2. Become aware of somatic wisdom in the body

  3. Give three or more examples of "self care" language unique to you

  4. Design flexible rituals that resonate and align with your authentic self
