Hi! I’m Lauren.
For the past three years, I’ve had the honor of hosting a podcast on full-hearted living with chronic illness and health challenges called “This Is Not What I Ordered.” In the process, I’ve discovered that hosting deep, fun, heart-centered interviews brings me me joy and can create real positive impact with thousands of listeners.
Through my professional background as a licensed psychotherapist specializing in relationship work, I have years of experience with helping people feel comfortable, understood, and encouraged to share their most authentic selves with the world.
I want to help you bring out your guests’ magic by teaching you some of the most effective tools and insights I’ve gained from both my podcasting and therapy careers. And the best part is that it’s not about having the “perfect” questions, or being a “flawless” host… it’s about bringing your unique perspective and presence to each interview.
I can’t wait to meet you!
