Chair Yoga for Every Body

EVENT Overview

Join us for a moment of care and rest through gentle breathing exercises, movement, and meditation as a way of nourishing our tender selves. In this class, we will practice chair yoga.

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is done while seated or with the use of a chair. For this class, we will be seated. Please have a chair, a bottle of water and a blanket or shawl for our practice. No prior experience is required.
