Simply making it through the toughest moments with our bodies is enough. Yet sometimes there’s room for even more. This is where we get to use our creativity to shift our energy and choose a new focus when faced with physical symptoms. Join Lauren Selfridge and Melissa Platt for an hour of creativity, conversation, and storytelling about the personal transformations we’ve experienced in the midst of managing the physical impact of our health challenges.

What if every difficult moment with your body is an opportunity to partner with yourself even more fully? In her best moments, Melissa brings awareness to her inner voice of intuition that has wisdom to share when her hearing decreases and the outside world is quiet enough to tune in. When she’s up for the adventure, Lauren finds relief, inspiration, and even joy in the midst of dizziness, fatigue, and brain fog as she allows them to “do their thing” instead of resisting them.

When we experiment and play with our internal responses to our physical symptoms, we become available for creativity, wisdom, self-compassion, and a deepening of our intuition. Whether you whisper words of encouragement to yourself, pause to tune in to your heart’s messages, envision yourself on an adventure, or simply become curious about what’s going on, you are stepping into your creative power. We can’t wait to spend time with you, answer your questions, and share practices for taking the path inward with love—no matter the circumstances.

You’ll have a chance to watch this live conversation from the comfort of your own home, and even participate (if you’d like) by typing questions and weighing in on the discussion. Please note that you will not be on video—only the hosts will appear on screen during the event.

If you register before the event, you’ll receive an E-Guide to Working Creatively With Your Symptoms, highlighting key elements of the conversation as well as offering tools and resources to support your conscious creation process. You’ll also have access to a recording of the event after it airs (so you’re welcome to register for the event even if you can’t join us live!).
