 Meet your host,

Lauren Selfridge, MEd, MA, LMFT

I’m a licensed psychotherapist, comedian, podcast host, photographer, living-room-dance-partier, and a big fan of laughing so hard that I wind up on the floor (this photo of me on the floor was not related to a laughing spell, but we can pretend it was).

After an MS diagnosis in 2015, I experienced a shift in my priorities and my definition of fulfillment. As a result, I’m way more focused on joy and connection, and I’m passionate about helping other therapists live their most fulfilled lives now.

My friends and colleagues come to me when they want support for bringing more joy into their lives, businesses, and relationships (it’s never too late to do that!). Together, we dream outside the box of what they originally thought life could be like.

“Being guided, held, and mirrored is such a powerful experience. I’ve been feeling more clarity as well as connection to myself and my deeper purpose. I’m able to see more possibility than before and am giving myself permission to listen to those little tugs of intuition. Lauren really helped me weave together those dreams and curiosities that have been floating around. Now the big picture is beginning to come into view.”

APRIL SNOW
Psychotherapist, Consultant, Author

Lauren’s work brought me back in touch with my faith in self. Her wisdom and innate ability to intuit EXACTLY what I need has been invaluable. She leans in with real compassion (not that fake kind!). She creates such a sacred, trusting, creative and reflective space. I appreciate her commitment to social justice issues and her willingness to courageously explore the complexities of race and identity. She did this with such deep respect and an even deeper and open heart to who I am and what I have to offer the world. That’s priceless!”

Let’s do this!

The Recharge is designed
to help you cultivate:

GENTLENESS

In this supportive community, you’ll get regular reminders about the importance of being kind, compassionate, and gentle with yourself.

Confidence

Having a group of caring colleagues in your world means feeling even more bold in your decision-making, and more clear on your worth and value.

JOY

Together, we will prioritize your joy and aliveness as essential parts of your life and work.

“Lauren has such an expansive and joyful presence. So many of us are focused on productivity and working hard, to the point where we can put our joy and well-being aside because we're so focused on this future when we'll be happy and fulfilled. Lauren is so good at reminding me that life is happening now, and helping me connect with what really lights me up. She's always bringing a different angle and perspective to things. Her work is such a good counterbalance to traditional coaching and business consultation.”
