The journey of grief is winding, unpredictable, and deep. Anyone who’s alive has experienced the loss of something precious, whether it’s a loved one, a phase of life, part of our health, or a dream we once held.

There is no “right” way to grieve. All we can do is live the curriculum our hearts reveal to us as we move through the reality of loss. Each day, and each moment, may be different than the last.

In this process, we may learn that as we give ourselves permission to feel the difficult, painful emotions, we also gain a greater capacity for feeling the joyful, beautiful parts of life even more deeply.

Join Melinda and me (Lauren) for a continuation of our conversation from Episode 58. We’ll be sharing our insights and stories about the winding path of grief, from our experiences with our own health challenges to the loss of dear loved ones and so much more.

You’ll have a chance to watch this live conversation from the comfort of your own home, and even participate (if you’d like) by typing questions and weighing in on the discussion. Please note that you will not be on video—only the hosts will appear on screen during the event.
